To add to my cardio I’ve started doing 10 minutes of sitting in the sauna at the end. I thought it would be the easiest thing in the world, a relaxing exercise but oh no. I come out feeling like I’m about to collapse, like it’s definitely bed time. I’m not even sure if it is burning any calories but the levels of sweat are definitely increase I’m sure that’s a good sign! Sweating out all the toxins in my body can only be a good thing.
The diet is still on point, but I’ve realised I’m not eating enough fats, I thought that having just two avocados a day would cover it but apparently not; so I’ve added a handful of almonds back into my diet which, to say the least, is a god send! Having any sort of flavour at the moment is incredible; it makes me wonder what the simplest of meals that I can’t have right now will taste like when this is all over.
The amount of supplements I am taking now has well over trebled since the beginning; to be perfectly honest I’m not even sure what is in a lot of them – they’re just supposed to either help me lose fat, drop water retention or help me sleep, but of recent I’ve been feeling super bloating often, getting cramps in my stomach and generally not feeling great and I think a large part of that is due to the stuff I am taking. I’m going to give stopping everything a go and see how much of a difference it makes to the training and to my health.
